By using CostPerSquare you agree to these terms.
Estimates, not quotes
Our calculators give general estimates based on typical US prices and the measurements you enter. They are not quotes, professional advice or a guarantee of what any contractor will charge. Always get written quotes from licensed, insured contractors and check local building codes before starting work.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep the numbers accurate but do not guarantee they are complete, current or suitable for your project. To the extent allowed by law, CostPerSquare is not liable for decisions or losses based on its estimates.
Contractors and third parties
When you request quotes, contractors and lead partners are independent businesses. We do not employ them, perform the work or guarantee their services, prices or licensing.
